Kona Makai is about one mile from Kailua-Kona. Kona Makai is one of the few condo complexes on Alii Drive with tennis courts. Most ot the rooms some ocean view. If you are looking to purchase a condo, note that Kona Makai is a leashold property: you buy the condo and rent the land under it.
